Gym CLOSED from 3-17 July for 'yearly refurbishments'. Totally unacceptable given high yearly fees.
Moreover, free weights area is way too small. Always busy and hardly any room to maneuver around the benches.
Cardio area is huge, as well as locker areas, so with some smart restructuring, it's possible to fix this major issue.
Spa/wellness/pool area is great.

Being a member for 8 years - in general, this is one of the best equipped fitness and wellness centers country-wide. Centrally located, helpful staff, 3 floors - there could be a bit larger free-weight area, though. Monday to Thursday 5-7pm are usually crowded.

your phone number does not work at all for me so I am not able to call and I cannot get a reply to emails or social media messages. In short, it is impossible to book anything unless I come in person. This has been going on for months.

My UK number works in Switzerland and I use it all the time for swiss numbers. It works for all of them except yours. The number I've been dialling is the one on your website and that was also confirmed by medbase. The number for the other migros fitness centre (e.g. the one in Claraplatz) also works fine for me.

Would love to visit this wonderfull saunaworld again. Such a big centre, but: weekend 7pm, good night kids, time to sleep. Sucks.

Best fitness in Basel. Price/Quality balanced.
They offer now 5 personal trainer sessions when getting an yearly abo.

Excellent place in Basel. Great facilities, very nice wellness place with a psychedelic hammam and most of all, the staff, always welcoming you with a smile, is competent and adorable.

Very organized and clean. Good equipment and wellness area. Staff is also very friendly and helpful.

I have been enjoying this fitness center for a year. I am very satisfied with the equipment, the wellness and the infrastructure. The introduction was also good.

But when I need more information from the attendants or other staff, I always have the feeling that I'm interrupting or that I'm being fobbed off because they don't want to or can't give me information. For example, regarding the migration from the old to the new fitness app, I was probably put off until another day due to a lack of know-how. Since I'm a bit of a professional and know it's an exceptional problem, I'm a bit disappointed with the service after several attempts. This is just one example of how I feel about the courtesy and professionalism of certain exponents of the service staff.
I hope that will be better in the foreseeable future
