I was in Basel in April and I must say that I work in the same sector and I know how important it is to have a great team ... congratulations! this pharmacy has a VERY great team, I was very impressed by the attention, kindness, patience, professionalism and the large number of languages u200bu200bthat dominate! I did not have the same luck in other areas of Basel.Thank you very much!

Matthäus apotheke ist eine gute apotheke, wurde immer gut beraten und bedient bis heute top top.Schon als kind kam ich immer da für medikamenten :-) .Die mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich ,vorallem Frau Bazzucchi ist eine sehr positive und freundliche mitarbeiterin das merkt man sofort beim ersten kontakt klasse ????

Gute laune und positivität ist definitiv was besonders

21 Rezensionen 5 Sterne !?!?!? Haben mich geblendet und sehr enttäuscht.
Ich war heute da und fragte nach ( Saridon neo 400 ) oder ein ähnliches Ibuprofen Präparat.
Die Antwort war sehr verwunderlich. Kenne ich nicht habe noch nie etwas davon gehört sagte mir die Person !!!
Als nächstes brauchte ich noch ein Nexcare ColdHot Kalt-/Warmkompresse........ aber auch davon hat die Person noch nie etwas gehört!
Danach klapperte ich aus Neugier noch 3 weitere Apotheken in der nähe ab, und was für ein Wunder alle hatten das was ich brauchte.
Ich muss da Woll Pech gehabt haben das ich die einzige Apothekerin ohne Ahnung abbekommen habe.
