Had a key broken into the lock and after visiting 3 shops and 4 people working on the key only at M-way they solved the issue! Quickly and efficiently! Magician technicians!! Highly recommended and go there for the for service!!

Worst Customer Service experience ever. I'm forced to use them... some examples:

Getting the bike back from Service with relevant screws not fasten enough (Headset & Saddle) - which in case of the Headset was safety relevant!!!

Replacement Bike was only given when insisted on it…. (would you service your car without a replacement, even for a day?) and I got a crappy Flyer…. Take a look at car/moto dealers… the offer you a bike you will miss when you are on your old ride again… so you gonna buy the new one soon

Trying to get an appointment for the mandatory Service... answer was, just bring it by, you can pick it up 8 days later... the Service will be done at a central Service Location ?!? 8 Days? Hello, I Need my bike on a daily Basis - or would you wait for your car for 8 days?
Set up of bike (Stromer) was not possible due to some configuration issues online… they could not help at all (was probably the first Stromer they delivered) needed to call Stromer myself.

Long story short… there are some competent nice people working there… but not too long… and Migros, with the help of some Big Consulting Company tries to ride them completely down with processes, management directives and other BS ideas – forgetting the customer. No strategy other then with Money and Marketing drying out the competition...

Super Laden Mechaniker Andy ist wirklich gut drauf schnell und unkompliziert jederzeit kann ich dieses Geschäft mit ruhigen Gewissen empfehlen. ????????????

Endlich ist es wahr geworden, habe heute mein neues Hinterrad erhalten ( MTB Haibike ) nach langen hin und her, die Kosten für das Hinterrad sowie die Arbeitenzeiten hat M-Way Filiale Basel übernommen, mein Dank geht an den Filialleiter ( Herr Jung ) sowie an den Zweiradmechaniker ( Andi ) super Service gut ding braucht halt Zeit, Natürlich sind kosten angefallen für Kette hatte über 10.000 Kilometer drauf, der Schlappen über 7.000 Kilometer, Kassette über 7.000 Kilometer, Bremsscheibe 10.000 Kilometer, Kostenpunkt ......... konnte es verschmerzen, mir war wichtig, das ich endlich wieder richtig ins Gelände und die Straße runter Brettern kann mit 60 bis 70 KMH's ohne Problem.. schade das die keine Trek Rennmaschinen haben, letzt vom Kollege seine Trek ausgeliehen, Münchensteiner Straße runtergebrettert mit 87.7 KMH's Adrenalin pur, ist das crazy das war ein Kick.

Hatte mein E Bike in Service muss sagen gut geführter Laden die jungs wo da arbeiten sind ganz ok deshalb 5 Sterne aber das nächste mal bitte den Sattel wieder fest machen. In der Kurve hat sich der Sattel gedreht.
