it was my first time here. i really needed some new nails.. as i came they told me they only do gellac - i was fine with that. they told me the price would be about 95.- even tho i told them on the phone i’ve got 70.- and they said that shouldn’t be a problem. as i was done the price went up and i had to pay 140.- some nails were already broken after 2 days and now, a week later, i’ve got none left.. the staff was very nice and helpful tho!! really really nice people! :) i’m a bit sad about this encounter and about the lost money but besides of all that they are the nicest nail-tech i’ve ever meet.

This is a great service, I can only recommend. The only disadvantage I see are the armchairs (hence 1 star less), uncomfortable to sit in. When I look at the beauticians' posture it does not look ergonomic.

Rachel is a pro! Made my stubby nails look very pretty. Minus points on the uncomfortable chair setup and that they don't take cards. Twint works.

Die Arbeit wurde sehr gut durchgeführt.
Jedoch war es sehr unpersönlich. Die Dame konnte nur Englisch, sie fragte nicht einmal nach ob alles in Ordnung ist und der Preis ist echt ein Wucher. Professionelle Podologinnen verlangen nicht einmal so viel Geld.
Schade, da es ein sehr schönes Studio ist und Frau sich wohlfühlen könnte.

Eigentlich das beste Nagelstudio in Town....aber....Man würde eigentlich erwarten, dass in der Schweiz in einem schweizer Betrieb das Telefon in Deutsch beantwortet wird und nicht in Englisch!!
Die Dame am Telefon war nicht fähig einen Termin in Deutsch aufzuschreiben, oder zu organisieren. Mir wurde in Englisch gesagt, ich solle später wieder anrufen, sie könne kein Deutsch. Sorry! Sowas geht gar nicht. Ihr könnt doch nicht von euren schweizer Kunden erwarten, dass alle Englisch können?! Oder wollt ihr eure Service nur den EXPATS anbieten? Es kann nicht sein, dass sich die Schweizer den mangelnden Fremdsprachenkenntnissen der Mitarbeiter anpassen müssen.

Trotz etwas Verspätung, da wir uns verlaufen haben, wurden wir von Ewelina herzlichst begrüsst. Meine Tochter hatte ihre erste Maniküre. Ewelina hat es mit so viel Freude und Liebe gemacht. Es war einfach nur schön zu zu sehen ❤️ Vielen Danke für diese Erfahrung. Wir kommen gerne wieder von Solothurn zu euch nach Basel ❤️
