In the middle of summer it was sweltering hot and there wasn't any air-conditioning. It was unbearable but then they were kind enough to move us across the street to where there was.

At any other time, this would be the most charming hotel, in the most charming location.

It was too hot in the room. Elevator is not for all floors. I should lift my luggage by staircase. And internet connection was too weak.

We had a 3 course meal. The stater which was a salad, followed by veal with pasta, and dessert. All 3 were nicely, and although the pasta was a bit dry, it was well compensated by overall a great meal! The red wine was somewhat of a disappointment though.

We spent a very nice we there !!! Food and service are fantastic. The hotel staff is amazing. They definitely take care of their guests !!! I recommend

As a foreigner definitely received a very different service compared to other people dining at the restaurant. It started raining when we were at the courtyard where no one cared if we got rained on,and after we told them we are moving inside we were pretty much ignored.It was pretty obvious the wait staff were not interested in providing customer service to us. What a shame.

Good hotel clean and modern rooms.
Avoid room 15 as it’s located in the stairwell and not that quiet.

Lovely hotel, the room has modern furnishings and was very spacious and comfortable. We were also given passes that gave us 50% off museum entry and free public transport. The location was also very convenient. There was a cute added detail of the “platform 9 and ¾” on the cupboard under the stairs
