I would like to give an advice to whom is going to basel even for touristic reason. Please keep the distances from the agency Immohelp because once you leave the flat you rent through it, they are able to keep the deposit you pay before signing the rental contract. infact during the last months they manipulate your dreams and the activate a brainwashing and mindcontrol system to deconcentrate you when you are invited to sign the paper to keep the caution back. they are layers because tey are able to find invoices out to show all the expenses related to the flat, but the cost invoices are a result of an agreemet between the same agency and the companies called to clean and to fix the flat even if there is any need. on a total of 2200 chf they keep more than half by adding wrong reasons, that you should prouve by fact such as fotoes ..... they said to me that the flat was full of what I forgot, when I saw the pictures there was anything left at the flat, only the soap that I do not think is something whose removal cost a lot of money. I really advise you to keep the distances form this agency.

Wir waren langjährige Mieter der Immohelp. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Sämtliche Anliegen wurden äusserst rasch erledigt. Die Wohnungsrückgabe erfolgte professionell und ging schnell und sehr angenehm über die Bühne. Wir bedanken uns für das angenehme Mietverhältnis.

Ausgezogen... Rechnung der Malerarbeiten bekommen... leider habe ich diese im Stress übersehen, welche somit 8 Tage überfällig war. Anstatt einer Zahlungserrinerung haben wir direkt eine Betreibungsandrohung erhalten. Im allgemeinen auch nicht wirklich Mieterfreundlich und kein Entgegenkommen.

Wir sind mit Immohelp sehr zufrieden, besonders wenn es um Reparaturen geht: Wenn immer wir eine Reparatur benötigen, ist Immohelp sehr schnell zur Stelle, meistens vereinbaren die Handwerker innerhalb weniger Stunden einen Termin mit uns. Das ist bei anderen Hausverwaltungen oft sehr anders!

Bis zum Auszug war alles wunderbar, bis uns bei der Wohnungsabgabe, Malerarbeiten verrechnet wurden wofür eigentlich die Immohelp selber aufkommen müsste. Dazu wird man noch gezwungen an Ort und Stelle das Abnahmeprotokol zu unterschreiben.
Da ich jetzt bezahlen muss sei euch diese bewertung doch gegönnt.
