I stayed for a week and overall the location, room and service are satisfactory. The staff provided a pleasant and professional service. However, there are a couple of shortcomings. The parking space is not guaranteed and my room suffered a water leak during the weekend and no technician was available. I had to change my room and its cleaning was not up to standard. I had a diner one evening and one of the waiter addressed me with familiarity using the "Tu" like we were pals!

Modern and comfortable hotel. About 10 min walk from the railway station where also the bus from the airport stops. There’s a tram line and so very close to the hotel to drive into Basel centre, or you can walk in about 15-20 min.
The rooms are comfortable, quite standard which is not a bad thing. I liked that the window between the room and the shower could be electrically switched between clear and matte.

Highly recommend! Walking distance from the train station. Just a short 11 minute walk. The lobby is so cozy and stunning. The staff is so helpful. Filled us in on all the info on how to use the tram and helped us find the area we wanted to visit. Rooms are clean, stylish and AC is cold. The fitness center is more than accommodating and the coffee is fantastic. Hang out in your room or in the lobby with the cozy couches and seating areas. The number 15 tram takes you where you need to go in the old city. Such a great spot to be in with access to all the sites.

Rooms are very close the main market place and close to tram station. Rooms are spacious and clean. Cheaper than other hotels of the same level.

This hotel was extremely clean and the staff could not have been better. Great location, close to tram system.

Good location close to the city, an easy walk. The room was comfortable, with lots of pillows. Small gym but effective for a quick workout while on the road. Staff are friendly and welcoming. The food was really good from the restaurant, including the breakfast buffet.

Nice enough hotel but not very centrally located.
Central station is 10 minutes walk and city centre is 15-20 minutes walk.
Room was spacious and staff were friendly.
Breakfast is very basic with hardly any vegetarian/vegan options.

I have to find a place for staying at 2 a.m. so lucky to have a nice room and the man night ship is very helpful. Thank you very much.
