Their opening hours are fantastic!! They are open til 9pm! They were able to accommodate me last minute, staff is super friendly and professional. Haircut was just as I wanted. My problem is that the highlights are badly done. Some hairs were highlighted halfway, not subtle at all like I asked. Also the color much blonder than I asked for.

Honestly the best salon with the best hair dressers I’ve ever been to! Service is incredible, stylists always take their time to listen to what you want and advice you on what works best with your type of hair, skin tone, bone structure. As someone who is extremely picky with her hair stylists I have never left that salon with anything but a smile. Nothing but the highest of praises and absolutely recommend it :)

It is always a very nice atmosphere at Hinz & Kunst in Basel. Everyone is very friendly and they take very good care of their clients. Big thanks to Desiree who does a great job in cutting and hair coloring too. I come to her since many years and don't want to miss her services in the future.

Great experience this week with Cintia. She did an excellent job with hair color and cut. Cintia is a very friendly and warm person, very professional and with a customer oriented attitude. I would definitely come back to her and recommend to my friends ????????

Negative
I was charged middle-long hair cut price, which was the double of what I should be charged. Because I had short hair above shoulder which just needed trimming and re-styling.

Apart from the surprise effect on the pricing I would recommend it!

I had a good impression at first time in Hinz & Kunst, Basel.
I don't think I have been in a hairdresser like this before.
They just spoiled me. I had to wait a little bit but they brought me water and snack and a glass of champagne.
While they were washing my hair I was laying on a massage chair. It was so relaxing.
I got a Keratin treatment. It takes about 3 hours to get it done but I really enjoyed. Everyone was so friendly. Hinz & Kunst is nice and elegant.
I am really happy with a service and I will go back again.
