Nothing much to buy for tourists. The sales there are quite good at talking down customers to elevate the brand, especially the asian sales. Hermes sales always talks as if they are richer than their customers. Funny thing. I would advise you just go to your regular sales in your home country to get a better shopping experience

I was delighted to meet a very friendly staff, especially Aleksandar who took care of me and helped me to find the perfect gift for my business travel! He personally took care of my request and i was so happy to finally find what I was looking for. He even looked everywhere in Switzerland to find a specific bracelet.
I felt very nicely advised and I look forward to my next shopping experience.

I really enjoyed visiting this store and all the kind SAs. Diana is a gem. She is so sweet and authentic. I really appreciated her willingness to help me and her overall service.
