I was able to get an appointment very quickly when my ears were giving me pain. Easily accessible location in central Basel, Dr. Haag, and her staff were all very friendly, and it was no problem that I only speak English. Dr. Haag explained everything very well and got me back on the way to recovery. Highly recommend

I was sick over the weekend, so I urgently inquired about an appointment on Monday, and I was able to receive treatment quickly. I was able to receive treatment well because he explained in detail and gave appropriate treatment. I am willing to see the doctor again the next time I get sick.

Flexible in working with my schedule and sometime last minute needs. Dr. Haag Jordan New office space is modern and updated allowing you to feel comfortable during your short wait.

Dr Anne-Marie Haag Jordan is a highly experienced HNO specialist. Over the past 20 years, she has treated me for a serious nasal problem (requiring surgery in hospital), a burst ear drum and a throat condition. In each case the consultation, diagnosis and treatment were excellent and the outcomes and follow up were very good. She is open, frank, down-to-earth, and professional - but not unsympathetic. On the contrary, I have always found her to be friendly, caring and authentic, despite the time constraints of appointments. The Lällekönig practice is professionally run, with no unnecessary frills. Its protective safety precautions are clear, consistent and reassuring. I have particularly appreciated getting appointments very quickly for urgent cases. I would certainly recommend the practice, especially if you need to communicate in English.

Dr Haag is an excellent Ear Doctor. The staff are helpful and speak English. Very well located and the facilities are superb!
