We bought a car here in 2018. Apart from the retail service, we were absolutely disappointed with the service. After you buy their cars, they absolutely not care about the customer. Besides never sending reminders for annual checks or tyre exchanges, the worst was actually now, when our car had a problem related to the battery (not just a usual empty battery) and does not start. They arrogantly say they cannot come to our place and help us or bring a new battery. Super unfriendly and unprofessional. Just as an example, we called another garage and they promptly offered to help. Never going back to Keigel again, let alone buying one of their cars!

Pros:
Service is great, nice people, nice courtesy car.

Con:
One star missing since both times i visited they managed to scratch my car ????.
The first time I had them fix it, the second time I just said "scratch that"...
(I personally would avoid them next time, but otherwise they're not bad..)

Close to the sbb banjo, main train station in Basel, it is both a car dealer and a maintenance Garage. The staff is friendly and professional, but you may better speak German, although someone English speaking is available. The service is very good, professional and on the schedule. Musta bit too expensive
