First time trying Dominos Pizza in Switzerland, the pizza choice is different from my country but i was surprise by the good quality of the products.
I recommend it if you want to eat a good pizza in Basel !

Decent food overall, but highly inconsistent around rush time. Two or three workers are pushed to make orders and are not timely according to schedule on screen ----and offer NO apologies for being up to even 10 minutes late!???? Three stars only because the pizza is really good for the price (at least Swiss price).

Ordered through Ubereats. It was supposed to arrive 1.5 hours ago. Still nothing, of course you cant call dominos to ask about the problem, the number doesnt work. No tracking at all. You stay here waiting for it like a fool. You are a disgrace, and being so unreliable is a huge disrespect. But of course, never change, customer satisfaction doesn't matter right? Only the $.

Ordered a two pizza deal to be delivered. They rang straight away to check my order, which was really good of them. The pizza was delivered within 20 minutes of speaking to them. They were super hot and tasty and I was really pleased with the vegetable serving on my pizza, usually I’m always disappointed when I order my (no cheese vegetable pizza) because the usual places will give very little vegetables but not here! Thanks!
