I visited the clinic to get a second opinion for a recent injury. The orthopedist (Dr. Salha) was very competed, friendly and took enough time to explain the full picture to me in a “understandable” way. The administrative and reception team was also very friendly. Overall it was a great experience from the moment I entered the clinic until I exited.

You have to pre book your appointment weeks before to find a slot. They cancel last minute the appointments for physiotherapy and and it happened 4 times that i went on time and they have told me that i had cancelled my appointment and that was a lie.

Came here for physiotherapy for hip displasia. Very competent therapist who taught me exercises I could do independently to look after myself in the coming years. When I explained that previous exercises recommended to me caused me back pain, he listened and was able to explain why and what I could do to avoid it. They also do a lot of sport therapy here.

Dr. med. Oliver Frank recently operated on my hip via an arthroscopy. I would highly recommend the services of Dr. med. Oliver Frank and the crossKlinik, Basel.

I am from England and do not speak German and as such had concerns about the hip operation. Dr. med. Oliver Frank and his colleagues ensured that everything was explained in as much detail as required.

The operation was successful and I would not hesitate to use their services again in the future.

Doctors are good and experienced but admin personnel it’s terrible: arrogant, unprofessional and borderline incompetent.

Very bad experience…took a month to get a proper diagnosis for a problem with my knee….would not recommend, waste of time and of a lot of money….
