Very pleasant experience at Liebevoll.
Out of all the scams around the city finally a place where you can find care and professionalism.
The shop is very well maintained and clean, the crew is young and very passionate on what they are doing. No language barrier as I heard Italian, German and English.
Fast cut with no useless waiting at a very good cost.
Definitely a place to save for future use.

I decided to have my hair cut today since I just wanted a refreshing change and was immediately drawn to Liebevoll. The salon looked super inviting and the employees even more so! I had a few requests for religious reasons and I was so touched with how accommodating the staff were. My hairstylist was Michelle and she was just an incredibly lovely person and of course very talented. I requested soft layers and Michelle surprised me with the great results. I would love to come back here next time I’m in Basel :) Much love from Dubai u003c3

This place is simply amazing. I did a keratin treatment by Danilo - he made wonders with my hair. On top, this visit was such a pleasant experience which felt more as a coffee with a good colleague than just a visit by hairdresser. Thank you! I’ll be back :-)

I am so happy I have found them! Had a terrible cut &perm done somewhere else that needed to be fixed. The whole team was very kind, took time to assess the damage and tell my options. I got lucky to get an appointment within half an hour and Jessica cut my hair so I can be happy again:) She listened, took the time to make it how I wanted it. Thank you!
After many disappointing experiences at other places I will definitely come back here next time!

I found one of the best customer service there. Danilo and the team pay a lot of good attention and love any time I go to get my haircut. I recommend 100%

Sorry to admit, but a terribly bad experience.

I did a haircut with a female hairdresser (unfortunately didn't ask for name). Only when I got home I realised how bad and unprofessional the haircut was - literally random long locks of hair where it's supposed to be straight. I had to fix it myself with the scissors !! :D

Also, while booking I repeated several times that I need just a "cut and go" procedure, since I would not need washing and styling.
She washed my hair anyway and after cutting asked whether I want to finish and go like that( literally wet head!!). Alternatively, she said she wouldn't mind if I dried it myself!!! Is this how you go to a hairdresser these days? Do it all yourself and pay? :D
I was obviously beyond confused and asked for drying. This costed me +37 CHF for 5 min of drying without any styling or products used.
I don't mind to pay extra, but this was absolutely not worth the price that I've paid.

A wonderful experience!
The salon is cute and lovingly decorated, the people there are professional and extremely welcoming at the same time. I am delighted with my new haircut and can only recommend them!

Ich habe selten so einen freundlichen, verständnisvollen und liebevollen Service erlebt.
Das ganz Team war top! Meine Wünsche wurden genau so umgesetzt und ich wurde ausführlich beraten.
