Very nice place with a complete range of assortment of bikes and accessories. I only want to report a negative experience: I asked them to fix the brakes of my bike and when I piked up the bike they let me pay 20 CHF for the brakes + 60 CHF of security check that I didn't ask for (and didn't have any way to check if it actually had been performed)... not about the price, that for sure is expensive, but about letting me pay 4 times the normal price for something not requested from the beginning

Stehts freundliche und kompetente Beratung, schnelle Reperaturen und bei Bedarf und Verfügbarkeit gibt es sogar ein Ersatzvelo.

Im CO13 werde ich stets sehr freundlich bedient und mit den Reparturen bin ich immer zufrieden.
Heute hat mir der Velomechaniker sogar Schritt für Schritt gezeigt, wie ich meinen neuen Bremsklötze montiere und ich konnte alles im Laden mit ihren Werkzeugen machen. Sehr, sehr nett!!
