Frau. Putrino is a super helpful lady, very accommodating. Really good location in Basel with great selection of units to choose from at good price. Easy to access at all times.

Wir mussten schnell mehrere Gegenstände einlagern und Casaforte Self-Storage bot, unkompliziert, eine schnelle Lösung für unser Problem. Die Räumlichkeiten an der Hardstrasse 11 in Basel sind bestens geeignet, sauber, gut zugänglich und einfach zu bedienen. Empfehlenswert.

Leider zu früh eine Reservierung gemacht und blauäugig auch gerade noch sofort bei der Reservierung/Bestellung bezahlt.
Jetzt 3 Monate VOR dem Termin, überraschend Situation geändert und keine Verwendung, aber jetzt wird kein Geld mehr zurück erstattet!
OK - war mein Fehler und ist mein Problem. Und trotzdem habe ich da einen faden Nachgeschmack, wenn der komplette Betrag von fast Fr. 200.- einbehalten wird!
Mein Fazit: auf so Unternehmen kann ich gut und gerne verzichten!
Also - ein "freundliches" Danke für Nicht's und für die Zukunft verzichte ich gerne!
Übrigens: den einen Stern musste ich markieren, da man ja hier sonst nichts vermerken kann. Verstehen Sie ihn für einen MINUSSTERN!

Sono soddisfattissimo del servizio fornito dai ragazzi di Casaforte, super gentili, disponibili e professionali! Continuero' a rivolgermi a loro in futuro sicuramente e li consiglio vivamente, non ne rimarrete delusi!

I am super satisfied with the service provided by the guys from Casaforte, really kind, available and professional!! I will keep relying on them in the future and I highly recommend them!

Liebe Frau Putrino, ich bin wirklich glücklich diese Lagermöglichkeit gefunden zu haben. Tolle Bedienung, sehr saubere Abteile, gute Zufahrt,
