I had an amazing experience buying Rolex Watch from Bucherer Basel. Since last 7 days in Europe I was visiting authorized Rolex showrooms but Bucherer was the best! Right from the entrance by warm welcome to our Sales Consultant Ms. Marianne who was very professional and friendly. I had an amazing experience getting my hands on one of the Rolex watch after trying almost for 2 years. Thank you Ms. Marianne and Team Bucherer for excellent hospitality. I would be visiting soon to get another dream watch.

I very highly recommend Bucherer, Basel. I was in Basel in April to start a river cruise and bought a very fine watch there. Unfortunately the watch had problems. Boris Buhlmann, the manager was extremely helpful and professional in helping to resolve the problem. I could not be more satisfied with how he helped me. No better place to buy a fine timepiece or piece of jewerly

The Bucherer Basel team is highly professional, whenever my wife and I visit the shop we feel at ease, we get the right level of support and a high level of treatment. I would like to specify the watches team and Mr. Ligier who always demonstrates high level of professionalism and a customer focused approach. I highly recommend doing business with Bucherer Basel.

I visited Bucherer in Basel today to get my watch cleaned but also to try on some new timepieces. I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by Arzu who was not only extremely helpful but also a great example of how customer service should be. A great experience, I will most certainly be back.

I originally spoke with Boris on Monday of this week, he explained that stock is hard to get but that if I wanted to pop in he’d do his best to help. I visited on Thursday and Boris was in a meeting but took the time to come down, greet me and hand me over to his fantastic colleague Sarah. Sarah was excellent and a true asset to Bucherer - whilst they had to stick to the strict rules from the manufacturer in terms of what they could sell, they still managed to find me something I loved and made the experience particularly special. We came in with a crying two year old and they gave our daughter crayons, a colouring book and a bag which really helped. I’m ashamed to say this but they put any luxury dealer in the U.K. to shame. Thank you again Sarah and Boris - you’ve made my birthday!
