Friendly service.
Located just next to the main station - facing Gundeli.
Costly - we paid 140 CHF for 7 people - each a soft drink. And played two times in a row. But worth it.

We had our daughter’s birthday party here. It was loads of fun for the kids and we appreciated that the staff was extremely accommodating about providing food, drinks, and shoes for 20 hyper kids. Yes, the place is a bit old and one of the lanes was broken, but great atmosphere for birthdays and a nice afternoon. Can’t say enough good things about the staff (2 young men). A woman came in towards the end who was clearly the manager, and quite unfriendly, but the guys were very efficient and pleasant.

The center is nicely done, for bowling. We have celebrated a birthday party, but do not spend money , for celebrating there. The best was the present that they gave ( see picture).

We paid more than we expected - as it was on an hourly rate. As if they knew, more people would come to us as we are closer than the Dreispitz one. But the service was adequate and the drinks r ok priced.

Very disappointed about this place. We arrived in the afternoon to lots of kids screaming and the staff gave us (all adults) an alley right in between the many groups of hyperactive kids. We haven't even got enough seats as even ours were already occupied by children who weren't willing to give up our seats. Meanwhile, all the allies at the floor beneath us were empty. We asked to change the lane after we had problems with our lane for nearly half an hour as the electronics didn't work proberly and the staff had to "fix" it several time. They weren't willing to give us a lane downstairs. We left with great disappointment. 0/10 would reccomend.

Nice place for bowling however it's a little expensive to bowl overthere.

As far as bowling alleys go, this is a good one. Decent price, decent infrastructure, they do drinks and food. Only problem is, the lanes are a bit prone to breaking down, especially lane 12 on the top floor. Thr balls are quite chipped sometimes also, fine for the most part though.

Not lots of bowling alleys in Basel but I have always been happy with this one. Never too crowded and by Swiss prices it is pretty cheap.
