The care my cat received at Basel Vet was excellent. The staff was professional, knowledgeable and caring. I would highly recommend. Thank you for helping my cat feel like himself once again.

The vet took amazing care of our cat who hurt himself on a fence. She stitched up his wound so well we didn't even have to use a cone and it healed perfectly. Thank you for helping us with our cat.

I started to go there since 2016. The assistants are all very nice and friendly but I have always noticed that the doctors don't know how to deal with cats. I have two cats, they are both very quiet and even scared. The used to wrap the smallest one with a blanket like he was a ferocious lion. The last time I went I found a lady, never met before, who was visibly disgusted by my cats and didn't even visit them before the rabies vaccination. I am sorry but this is a complete shame. I have never seen this type of behavior in a veterinary doctor before, they should like their profession and feel responsible of what they do. I will never go again in this veterinary clinic.

Ich war mit unserem Hund schon bei einigen Tierärztin, aber hier fühle ich mich am wohlsten. Die Praxis ist schön und die Ärztin supernett und vor allem kompetent. Ich komme immer wieder und bin sehr dankbar.

Superliebe TA und TPA...ich war notfallmässig am 1.Mai dort,ist aber auch meine normale Praxis,und es wurde alles gemacht damit es meiner Katze besser geht.Auch wurden mir die Blutwerte erklärt und generell viel Zeit genommen.Kann ich nur Empfehlen.

Ich bin Heute zum ersten mal dort gewesen, freundlicher Empfang, freundliche Bedienung.
Ich werde sicher wieder kommen.
