It's very good price, cosy space, clean, and comfortable with king size bed. And the gundeldinger field, which includes the hostel, is full of interesting things like craft beer factories. all very friendly staff.

If you stay here, all transportation costs in the city are free, so it is in a good location where you can easily go anywhere.

It is a very cosy and comfortable hostel and very easy to arrive. Our room was clean. Even the common areas such as toilets and bathrooms were clean. Staffs are very helpful and friendly people. They provide the necessary information about check-in before going to hostel. We went early and they keep our backpacks as well. Breakfast for 8 CHF is also humble and delicious. There are restaurants close to the hostel. You should consider to stay here!

Big,clean female dormitory with comfortable bed. The bed setting is included.
There are lockers in the room, socket, and night lamp.
There are big bathrooms with showers and the toilet. There is also a hair dryer.

Best hostel in Basel.
Highly recommended ????

Incredibly good value for money, considering their free public transport ticket. If you like fresh baguettes you should try their breakfast for 8 CHF. There are huge beds at no surcharge available (140x200). Friendly and helpful staff, highly recommended hostel!

The place itself is okay. Clean, friendly staff and they give you a public transport card for the city of Basel. However, don't expect a hostel atmosphere and friendly conversations with other travelers.

Beautiful place to stay for the backpackers. I stayed here during my transit from Interlaken to Milan.. it's a factory converted to a hostel, very well maintained. They have a kitchen to allow the guests to cook for themselves. Beds were spacious. The bedsheet and other clothing were clean.

Lovely little place with so much going on wish we had stayed longer amazing food market on as we left with local produce, arty feel with Potter workshop and violin makers

I was only there for one night, but it was pleasant. Check-in was somewhat late but not bothersome. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable (stayed in a 2-person room), and the bathrooms were well-sized and nice. The Basel-pass was nice as well, as we could travel Basel with public transport freely. The staff was nice, the hostel looked well-kept.
