I contacted Jan at Balvia before moving my family to Basel as we knew that we wanted to buy a property there. We knew nothing about the local market and wanted someone to guide us through the whole process. Jan helped find us properties to view, (sometimes before they were advertised) performed analysis on those we were interested in before we made offers, supported us through stressful auction processes and finally when we bought our house, suggested a great architect. We bought our house only 1.5 years after arriving in Basel and just moved in after a successful renovation. Almost unheard of in this market. We were extremely lucky to find Balvia at the start and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a property in Basel.

Herr Tüscher hat eine grosse Fachkompetenz, die weit über die „normalen“ Maklerkenntnisse hinaus geht und man merkt, dass es ihm ein Herzensanliegen ist, dass seine Kunden zufrieden sind. Ich kann Balvia wärmstens weiter empfehlen!
