I moved into an apartment in Basel managed by Apleona in May, 2022 and I was in contact with Dominic Martin. It was a hassle free and pleasant experience right from the apartment visit to signing the contract. Dominic is very helpful and is always there to answer any questions when needed. Really happy with him and the overall renting experience. Keep it up!

I moved into my apartment few days ago with the help from Dominic Martin as well! He was very helpful explaining the facilities at the apartment and my move in went quite smooth. I am very happy that I got my own room without much hassle (with zero german knowledge). Thank you :)

I just moved into an apartment managed by Apleona. So far, I am happy with their service, with Mr. Martin I have a person I can always go to in case something does not work. Collaboration with Apleona is smooth and much better than I am used to from my previous apartment. The staff of Apleona is approachable, efficient, customer oriented and reliable.

Very professional and clear. Rented an apartment via Apleona Basel for several years: very reactive, all requests were followed up quickly, never had any trouble or surprises, the handover was dealt with professionally and the deposit returned promptly and as agreed. Recommended!

Ich lebe seit anderthalb Jahren in einer Wohnung und beobachte Tanja. Aber ich habe Probleme mit meinen Nachbarn. Tanja e-mail ist nicht verfügbar! Ich schrieb 5 e-mail a die Adressen des Unternehmens und niemand hat mir jemals geantwortet. Ich bin sehr verärgert und empört ..... es ist schwierig für mich, weil ich kein Deutsch kann und E-Mails schreiben muss, weil ich nicht anrufen kann und niemand mir helfen will.

Ich wohne seit 2 Monaten in einer Wohnung, die Herr Martin, Apleona verwaltet. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Probleme, Anliegen, und Fragen werden von Herrn Martin schnell, unkompliziert und zielführend aufgenommen und bearbeitet.
Herr Martin ist im Kontakt sehr freundlich und korrekt.

Verschleppte Sanierung, veraltete Installationen, schlechte Isolierung und horrende Energiekosten. Trotzdem Miete über das gesetzlich mögliche anheben wollen.

Wir haben 3 Jahre lang in einer Wohnung, die von Apleona verwaltet wurde, gewohnt.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden: Anliegen wurden immer rasch behandelt und ernst genommen, auch bei der Wohnungsabnahme bei unserem Auszug hat alles wunderbar geklappt.
Frau Sprecher und Frau Henz, mit denen wir am meisten Kontakt hatten, waren immer sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.
