Very good location! staff are nice and rooms are clean. downsides are the fact receiption is only at there only on Tuesday morning and Friday morning... and they clean the room only once a week and change the towels once a week as well

It’s a nice place to stay. In middle of old town and gives you the glimpse of history and culture of Switzerland. Many places nearby to eat and shop. Staff is very friendly and attentive.

Super nicely located, very bright and well organised rooms. Clean enough but could have been a bit cleaner.

Very quiet place located in the centre of Basel, everything within walking distance. Rooms very clean, good service, friendly and helpful staff.
