Excellent service and very transparent! Occasional repairs in the apartment where addressed promptly and both check in, as as well as the checkout after two years where very well managed.
I especially appreciate the flexibility around our non standard moving days and the care and understanding around our needs.

Very unprofessional agency. I confirmed 3 days in a row for a viewing of an apartment at 17:30 in Allschwil and nobody came to meet me. It was not possible to reach anybody by phone. What a waste of time. Please avoid and save yourself the hassle. Lot's of better agency's around.

In all of the messages I received via email and flatfox I was never advised to contact the tenant. I would be happy to share screen shots of all the conversations. I think your company need to review the system of contact you use because it appears to have many flaws.

How is it possible that in 2022 a real estate agency that rents houses in Basel does not have staff who speak English? I couldn't even make an appointment for a house that interested me.

Lassen in Ihrer Liegenschaft in Arlesheim Kundenparkplätze durch privaten Sicherheitsdienst überwachen. Nach zwei Minuten wird überrissene Umtriebsentschädigung fällig obwohl man Kunde ist, Verständnis oder entgegenkommen gleich null. Mann muss zig Mail schreiben um eine Standardantwort zu erhalten. Gäbe es null Sterne, hätte ich null gewählt.
