Opportunistic and unfriendly. My dental retainer went lose on only 1 tooth and I was "offered" a new one as the only good solution. Worried about the cost, I was told it was 1 hour work (sic!) and would cost CHF 550 (wow!!). When I refused, the dentist reacted like I was really stupid, and put new glue on the old retainer, the job was well done, but it cost me CHF 250 after 20 minutes work. Well, last time they see me, that's for sure.

Ich war am Montag in dieser Praxis. Sehr professionell und hilfsbereit. Herr Pistea hat super Arbeit geleistet. Nach dem Zahnziehen benötige ich keine Schmerzmittel und habe auch keine Schwellung. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und überzeugt das ich hier bei Beschwerden,
wieder vorstellig werde. Vielen Dank für die rasche und unkomplizierte Hilfe.

Ich hatte einen Zahnnotfall und war mir nicht ganz sicher, was ich machen sollte. Herr Bogdan Pistea hat mich mit viel Geduld und Fachwissen beraten und war bei der Behandlung und Nachbehandlungen überaus hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. So sehr, dass ich meinen bisherigen Zahnarzt wechseln werde und auch zukünftig hier hin kommen werde. Vielen Dank für die angenehme und ruhige Art, trotz kompliziertem Fall!

Ich habe in meinem ganzen Leben noch nie so eine schlechte Praxis erlebt, noch dazu wurde ich noch nie von einem Zahnarzt beleidigt wie es heute der Fall war, ich wollte mich aufmerksam bezüglich dem Preis Informieren was auch mein recht ist, darauf griff er mich an und argumentierte mit " ich finge ein Konflikt an " und er könne so nicht Arbeiten, nebst dem hatte es 80.- Zuschlag geben wovon ich nie Aufmerksam gemacht worden bin, obwohl ich nach dem Preis fragte, zum Schluss kam nur noch von dem Zahnarzt ich sei respektlos und unverschämt nur weil ich nach dem Preis nachfragte also sowas hatte ich ihn meinem ganzen Leben noch nicht erlebt! Das man Kunden verbal so angreift!
