In Mexico, where I grew up, a visit to a restaurant is more than just a good meal. Rather, it is a repetitive reunion with the owners, their staff and familiar guests. I always feel at home at Don Jose.

Truly a fantastic taste of Spain here in Switzerland. The service and staff are brilliant, the food is to die for. I have been here now with various colleagues and family and every time it has been a wonderful experience.

Food is good and authentic but expect wait times to be on the longer side. Service is good and they try to serve the group at the same time. Nice lively atmosphere and good music. One of the highlights is definitely their delicious wine.

Amazing, authentic food (go for the tapas!), great wine (even the by the glass) and friendly, good service.

Last time I are Spanish food that was this good some colleagues took me out for a special meal while I was visiting them in Barcelona.

Don Jose matches the same quality that I got there - just as good as great places in Spain itself!

Best Spanish food I've ever had outside of Spain. Warm atmosphere, fantastic service. To me if felt like a short trip to Spain ;)

We ordered paella for 2 people. The waitress came, showed us our paella for 5 short seconds and then took it away. A minute later she returned with 2 plates of food which looked like seafood risotto. They don't serve paella the way you get it in Spain. They just put it on small plates. If I knew I would have ordered something different.
