Because of corona virus and supply chain the car eventually arrived in November instead of summer. But the communication has always been very good and we were also offered other options if we didn't want to wait. Since then we are super happy with the car. The garage also bought our previous car so we can keep using it until the day the Tucson eventually arrived. That was very handy.
We really had a great experience (especially compared to the other car dealers around Zurich). Also Mrs. Andermatt is very friendly and speaks English very well, which helped us a lot!
