I believe I wrote a review for dr. Klep a few years ago, but since I just was to her practice, I'd like to share my experience again. I am so happy that I decide every year for a check-up in dr. Klep gynecological practice (despite having free gynecological care in my own country available every three years).I appreciate her professional attitude, her thoroughness and her aim to offer full care. I feel very safe in regard to my medical situation when I have check-ups in her practice : I know that her check-ups and 'diagnosis' are thorough and correct! I also appreciate that she is direct and sincere in her communication, and does not make 'situations' look rosy, if they are not - another point of where I feel safe. Defenitely worth the travel to Switzerland, actually!

Dr. Klep is amazing. She has been my doctor for over 9 years. I had to go through 2 other gynos here in CH that I did not care for to find her - and I am very thankful. She helped me through my pregnancy (at the age of 40) and a few other difficult situations. I highly recommend her and have done so with many friends (who also agree she is fantastic). She is welcoming, friendly, very knowledgeable, supportive, and most of all, listens! She is happy to discuss your concerns and will provide you with feedback that is open and honest. She is very knowledgeable and has received extensive training however if you decide against her recommendation, she respects that and is happy to look at other options with you. If there is something you need that she can not provide, she will be up front about this and make sure she provides you information/contacts to help solve the issue. Overall, she is a doctor that cares about the person (her patient) and I could not ask for a better doctor!!

I rarely post reviews, but when a service is really excellent, I think it really makes sense to inform others about it! Despite a very good gynecologycal care in my country, I combine my work travels every year with an appointment at dr. Klep. I have been a regular visitor of her practice for quite some years now, and I really trust her professional judgement. I feel I am in safe hands and this is the most important thing in medicine! I appreciate that I can feel relaxed (both by her approach/communication, as well as due to her expert knowledge) ... and this was most important for me especially during pregnancy, when of course I worried about all the aspects of the development of my future baby (which is now a toddler healthy boy!). I must add as well, that many gynecological procedures in my country are accessible via health care insurance for free, and the situation in Switzerland is very much different - also residents have to pay high amounts everywhere in medical care; but I nevertheless decide every year to treat myself to this excellent service! I highly recommend dr Klep to all women and girls ...

Dr Klep is amazing. Appointments are always on time. A very clear explanation is shared and you always know what the next steps are, what to expect. You always feel that you are listened to and there is a solution to your ask / problem in a very kind & friendly way.
The location is easily accessable, parking places are provided.
Highly recommended to all Ladies and Girls.

I agree with Silvia and Iris, 546Fr. just for lab tests,(plus 266Fr. for consultation) while I only came in for a yearly check up, does sound a little too high. Dr. Klepp first spent about 15-20 min lecturing me about my partner leaving me in 5 years time, because he already has kids. So if I don't have a kid with him soon, he will leave me. Then, when I started getting emotional, she stopped. She did do a thorough physical exam, which was charged separately. When we spoke about the contraception options, she was strongly insisting on me having the coil, as pill I was on was making me depressed. When I asked her via email if there is other type of pill I could try she again insisted on the coil. When I asked if she could prescribe me the Nuvaring, while I come off pill and I make up my mind about further contraception options, she responded 2 weeks late via email, making me miss the transition from pill - u003e nothing. I then received her email response, saying that coil is my only option. And yeah, of course I was charged for these late email answers. Overall, she did provide a professional physical check up, and submitted my things for laboratory testing. General experience as a patient wasn't very comfortable and attitude was a little patronizing.

Doesn't listen to and talks over the patient. Ordered too many and unecessary lab tests to get higher pay for the consultation. Not professional at all. Treated very unprofessionally at her office.

Ich kann Frau Dr. Klep einfach nur weiterempfehlen. Mit ihrem unglaublich grossen Wissen, ihrer professionellen und herzlichen Art, fühle ich mich seit Jahren in den besten Händen. Sie hat mich in meinen zwei Schwangerschaften begleitet 2016 und 2017, auch da hätte ich mir keine bessere Ärztin vorstellen können. Sie nimmt einem Ernst und geht auf einem ein, so das man sich einfach verstanden und gut aufgehoben fühlt. Es ist für mich jedesmal eine Freude wenn ich Frau Dr. Klep sehe, für mich eine der besten Ärzte fachlich sowie menschlich. Ein grosses Dankeschön an Frau Dr. Klep und ihr Team, macht weiter so.
