We stopped here for lunch after a short hike, we got 2 pizzas and a couple of drinks. It was a quiet day for the restaurant and the people were very friendly and super helpful.

Both pizzas were very nice and super tasty, we couldn’t finish them as we just had a hike but they were happy enough to give us a pizza box to take them back to camp. Also they are very dog friendly.

Very disappointed. The food at breakfast was distasteful. At the end of the meal me and my partner got yelled and humiliated by the man in the receipt. He got crazy on us that we didn’t finish our meal and he couldn’t understand that the cooking was just awful. In his opinion we wasted food (We didn’t eat only 2 eggs and the croissant) Very bad experience. Definitely I would choose different place to stay.

We had a layover day here, owners and staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. We stayed in the re furnished rooms and they were very nice. Looked at older rooms and they were definitely not as nice, but not horrible either. Food was very good, service was good, the waitress we had for the stay, was such a hard worker. Breakfast was very nice, some of the best on the trip (euro typical) I would sure stay here again.

We stayed at a private 4-bed room facing the mountain, very comfortable. Room and bathroom were clean too. Friendly service. Pizza was okay, lasagne was delicious.

Nice place, old home style! My samsung cell had troubles to connect the wifi in my bedroom ( the others didn't have problems at all) It doesn't have elevator, so, you have to carry your luggage upstairs ????????

Stayed here for a week while hiking and learning about glaciers. Pizza was very good and the hotel staff were nice.

Food is fine, but the beds and the rooms (at least the old rooms that have not been refurbished), are terrible. Narrow, unsteady and wobbly beds, and the top bunk is like the lid of a coffin - the bottom bunk is very claustrophobic.

Had I known, I would definitely have stayed elsewhere.
