I've serviced my car here for past three years with zero problems. Always on time, very flexible, very helpful staff. Car has always been perfect when I picked it up. Can literally not think of a single detail these guys could have improved upon in my experience.

Thank you to this fantastic team. While travelling in Switzerland on our VW California, the power steering assist system got broken. Fortunately, it was only the belt. They fixed it in less than 24h and we were able to continue our trip back to Spain. We wish to thank all the help offered by the staff, especially the kind attention from Mr Salvatore Fiore.

Advertising cars that they do not really want to sell.
We arrived shortly after opening in the morning to check a used car for sale, advertised on one of the web portals. Had to wait like 15-20 minutes, which is ok, as we did not have an appointment. It would have been nice though to get a seat or a coffee offered while waiting, but no such thing.
Eventually we managed to make a test round with the car. All looked good, so we discussed the details with the sales man, and were ready to pay. At THAT point they figured out that they don't even want to sell the car, because the owner would still show it to one of his friends, and that takes priority compared to our actual buy offer and cash.
They offered to call us the next day, once the friend would check the car and decide. Well, not just didn't they call us back (still waiting for it), but they did not even pick up the phone the next afternoon when we tried to call them. Too bad, looked promising at first sight...

Hat eine Selbstbedienung Waschbox hinter der Garage. Etwas veraltet und ungepflegt, aber für zwischendurch mal an einem Sonntag ganz dienlich.

Würde eigentlich gerne 6 Sterne geben.

Hervoragender Service, sehr gute Arbeit und extrem effizient.
Dazu noch sehr freundlich und professionell.

Die Beste Garage in der ich je war. Man kann klar sehen, dass die Kunden immer an oberster Priorität stehen!
