The shop is sharing parking area with our pediatrician’s practice, and has about 6 parking slots, whereas the pediatrician has 2. Today I have gone to an emergency appointment with my 2 month old daughter and the 2 parking slots of our pedestrian were both occupied. The 5 out of 6 parking slots of the tobacco shop were free (they always are whenever we come to the doctor) so I wanted to park on the visitor parking slot of the tobacco shop. The alternative parking area is quite far and since there has been a strong storm with wind and heavy rain, running with a little crying baby at sich a weather is almost impossible. The moment I started to park a lady ran out of the tobacco shop and abruptly informed me that this is a private parking slot. I asked her if I can leave the car for not any longer than 20 minutes as at such a weather I cannot drive to another parking area, but she only angrily answered “mir ist gleich”.... na ja, I am wondering how the customers are treated at this place, probably better than young moms with kids...

Ottimo servizio, il locale si presenta molto bene ha quasi tutto, almeno per quello che io conosco in materia di tabacco! personale molto gentile e preparato, all'interno ci sono due tavolini dove si può sedersi e gustare un ottimo caffè

Je cherchais absolument un bon vendeur de pipe et de tabac originaux. Ca ne court pas les rues par chez moi (Romandie, Yverdon...).

J'ai été agréablement surpris par le choix et aussi les petites attentions. Merci pour le briquet et l'échantillon de mélange de tabac maison, qu'elle bonne odeur réjouissante !

Je recommande le vendeur pour sa rapidité, son sérieux et le paiement par TWINT facilite beaucoup.

Super Service! online bestellt und kurz darauf ein Telefon mit dem Hinweis erhalten,dass der Vaper nicht zu den bestellten Kapseln passt. So ein Kundenservice ist man sich heutzutage nicht mehr gewohnt.
