Arguably the best authentic Napoli-style pizza (the one with the soft, uneven rim) in Aarau. They only offer one of two serving sizes: half or full meter. You can then choose between one to four toppings on your pizza. The Italian staff is friendly and accommodating. Reservations are recommended.

Great place! Not the first time to come.
Though the last visit was dramatic in terms of service!
Twice the wrong aperitivo drink, the wrong bottle of wine, opening the wine and distributing without letting the people try first...
And not even a "sorry", no, on the contrary!

Very good pizza and staff. Very nice ambient. I can say one of the best pizza i ate ever.

The pizza at La Caverna was excellent thin crust pizza. The dining area was a bit loud, this was compounded by there being a fair amount of echo in the room. But back to the food, excellent thin crust pizza which can be bought by the half meter. The prices were reasonable for Switzerland, about 35 chf for the 1/2 meter size. The menu doesn't lie when it says 2 to 3 people for the .5 meter size. Definitely worth the stop.

Delicious pizza with various toppings. The Italian staff is very nice. They also serve authentic Italian beer.
